My experience was great. Everything was clear and straightforward. Bremt walked me through the process and the automated text messages kept me up to date. When finished I was incredibly happy with the paint job matching as that was my biggest worry and overall the repairs made the car look like new.

Every single person that I came into contact with was wonderful. What an exceptional experience! My thoughts on what to share with your team? I think that I would tell them that you're smart enough to recognize that people don't always make a car purchase based on the cheapest price. That sometimespeople walk through your door and drive away with your vehicles because of the great satisfaction that was created one day in the body shop.
