I had to take my car back several times to have little things corrected. I waited to finish this survey after things were completed and they are still not done. Brent Rushing was my contact and after I finally got my car back and things were still not right, it was hard to get him to respond in a timely manner. It's frustrating for me because this is time and money for me to keep having to go back, take off work etc. I finally asked if I need to take it to Infiniti and he said 'yes'. I don't know what that will cost now, but I don't feel I should be responsible for that bill. I am completely dissatisfied. I can't remember the guy's name who is over the shop on the back, but he was amazing to work with. He needs to be the one dealing with customers more.
