It took four times longer than what we were led to believe to finish car. No one at front desk to greet and help us which led to improper checkin and checkout and delays with both. Minimal customer service at best. One person in particular totally ignored me.

The body work looked good. But when I got on the highway and turned on my air conditioner, it did not work. It is a little frustrating as I had to leave work early to pick up my truck and it takes about am hour to get to your location. Now I will have to repeat this process to get the AC looked at.
