I have left (2) messages (Tuesday PM & Wednesday AM)because the side door is not recognizing the remote and their is a chunk of something in the side of tire panel, but have not received a call back.

The team, and my support rep did an amazing, above and beyond job working with me, communicating and doing on time delivery. If I have s complaint it is that my rental car was dirty, had a low tire light and only half a tank of gas, which made it hard to fill to the right level. But the body shop team was amazing! Highly recommend!

Josh was always very welcoming and respectful. He always got to me in a timely manner and even helped coordinate my vehicle pick up with my work schedule to minimize my time without it. The managers at enterprise were also very helpful in trading a rental with broken shocks and struts out for a safer car. Overall plesent experience and Josh had even recalled to my last visit to Herbs where my vehicle was damaged in the shop and made sure to help inspect my vehicle and hold it to a high standard. Outstanding work on my 2009 Honda Civic.
