Excellent customer service overall. Some miscommunication between personal phone conversations and automated status emails received which made car repair status, etc. confusing at times. We have used Herb's some years ago and immediately chose Herb's this time based on past experience are happy we did. The convenience of having Enterprise located at your location was very convenient and yor delivery service was exceptional. I hope no more accidents are in my future, but if it happens, Herb's will be my first choice. You have wonderful, helpful employees.

The completed work was very good, but I was overcharged. I know that I only paid 1000 to meet the deductible, but I did a survey of the parts that needed to be replaced and they came to less than 2000. I started to replace the parts myself and actually ordered them from Courtesy Nissan. I ultimately decided not to complete my own work because of the painting involved.
So subtracting 2000.00 from the total cost comes to 3,854.84 to paint and assemble the front end. In my opinion that is excessive because there was no dent repairs done.
