Overall the experience was great. Repairs look great and service was excellent. Only complaint is that there is over spray on the roof and rear doors. Doug ****was amazing. He kept me up to date as my car was fixed, was enjoyable (and funny) to work with and ensured my car was completed to perfection. He even had it repainted before I came to pick it up because the pain job was not up to par. I appreciate his pre-inspection & handling of this without my interference. Overall, my experience was FANTASTIC! And leaving my rental there when my car was ready was the cherry on top. Thank you for a wonderful experience during a stressful time.

I came in to have the car evaluated and get an estimate. It was so fast I never even sat down. No waiting! Then I was able to make a very quick appointment to get the repairs made. Having the rental place on site was super convenient. I was kept updated on the repair progress and it was completed in the time estimated. The repairs look great. They made it look better than even before the accident! And then my car (with 3 kids and 2 LARGE dogs) was a mess when I brought it in, but SPARKLING clean when they gave it back to me! That was a wonderful surprise! You will have my recommendation. Thanks!
