Not really too many suggestions. Overall I was satisfied with the quality of work done on our car. The only thing I suggest is that you go over the process a little more clearly like how do oversights on estimates get handled. Maybe if you could explain what will happen to the customer right when it happens instead of waiting until they call back to explain it all.
