The repair process was pushed back twice at the very last minute. I received two completion date which were not met on schedule before receiving my car. When I got my car back, there were ignition start up issues. I called the repair center to receive no explanation as to how this happened. THE CAR NEVER HAD IGNITION TROUBLE PRIOR TO THIS BODY REPAIR.

Couldn't even see where the damage used to be. Friendly staff. I hope I never have need to come back but if we should have a damaged car in the future we will be coming back here!

Hi there, My car was originally supposed to be done in three days. On the day of completion I receive a text in the morning stating it was going to be ready, I left work early to gas up my rental and pickup my car. On the way there I called just to see if it was indeed ready, I was told it was delayed but nobody bothered to inform before I left work. Now two days later, I was told by my Geico person it was going to be ready at noon and to head over. Around noon before we left we called again just in case it was delayed again, and yet it was delayed for another two hours and was ensured it was going to be ready at 2. Got there at 2pm, waited 30 mins now I was told the halo lights still doesn't work, and was told to come back in an hour. An hour later I finally get a phone call saying it was ready so I picked up the car and left. I decided to take my car out later in the day where I can test out the lights and found It was still not working. Extremely frustrated! Nobody even showed me the lights to ensure it was functionally before I left.

I don't need to be contacted really but I was never updated on anything involving repair time or what they were even repairing. When I called I was told my car would be ready the following day and so I called the next day and it changed to the next day and so forth for about a week. My car was there for around 2.5 weeks. When I finally did pick up my car they called me a hour later to tell me I owed another 600 dollars on top of the 200 I paid. I had to call geico and my claims adjuster called them on my behalf. Communication is severely lacking there and caused me to do way more work than a customer should have to. I also think its unprofessional to tell a customer something will be done tomorrow or that I owe more money when you don't really know for sure what is going on. Figure it out and then tell the customer.
