i was very concerned when I dropped off my car but once I picked it up I was very pleased. My car looks fantastic!!!! Thank you to everyone that made this possible in a very short time. I was very happy with the end result. I was also pleased with how great they were to keep me up dated with the process. I definitely would recommend this body shop 100% once again thank you to all the team that worked on my vehicle, without you guys, this wouldn't be possible. You guys put a big smile on my face!

The car was done quickly and repaired correctly. In addition they buffed out a couple of long scratches which greatly improved the overall appearance of the car. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience at Mountain View Body Shop.

My adjuster nick marked down the damages and gave me a estimate and handed me the check so what I did was deposited it in my bank and started looking for a bodyshop and so I decided to just get it done were I did the estimate because it was closer were I live and pretty convinient. and so a week later they called me and left a voice mail and told me that the car was ready. So I went there's to see how is the car then I looked at it... They didn't repair the left side skirts that has been scratch because they said that it was not vandalized and it looks like a self fault? And they said I have to pay out of pocket to get it done and he just walked away. They didn't call me or notify me about it! I can't believe it! And the car audio was on max!! When I turn it on while I was leaving the shop! And there's scratch on my radio aswell! How they handled my car wasn't professional at all. All they did was just wet my car and didn't put an effort into washing off the paint from my car! It feels like they didn't masked it that well!! Because it's all over my window, molding, gas cap, side mirror, grill, tires, they were just in a hurry to get my car out of there shop! I'm very unhappy with their service, I've never had such low quality service with a car repair before. I will never come to this body shop again! And to think they do business with a well known car insurance company like Geico, and give out this kind of lazy service.

The service was very thorough. Comprehensive photos were taken of the damage which I really appreciated. Great communication about the status of the repair, and I'm very pleased with the work and the way my car looks. It was so easy, through Geico, got the rental car right there at the shop. I was satisfied with the results but someone had opened my front hood of the car and left it without completwly closing it. I found out when I got home. There is a little problem with the latch that causes it to not close and there is a trick to get it to close. No one at the shop knew this and nobody mentioned this to me while I got the car back from repairs. Someone had opened the hood of the car and left it in that state. Ignorance.

Excellent customer service

They did a Great job on repairing my car it feels and sounds better than before the accident I would recommend ACC to friends, the only problem was the updates on the time when it was due. The update was great the first week they were keeping me updated that it will be finished by the 28th at 6pm, when it got to the 28th at 5:30 pm no update so I called and they told me it needed a part for the radiator it won't be done till Monday the 31st at 6pm when they get the part at 10am then they text me after I called for the update. So I waited till Monday 6pm no update so I called at 6 pm and was told it will be done on Tuesday then They text me after I called with update, then I waited for Tuesday till 6 PM no update so I called again and they said the part came in damage I said OK then they text me the update after I hung up the phone that they will be finished Wednesday because they got two parts wrong and one part came in damage and I said OK and they text me again after I hung up with the update so I finally got my car on Wednesday they called me at around 2 PM to come and pick it up everything was great but I wish they would update me earlier in the day when they knew the part was wrong or damage other than that they a great job on the car thank you GOD BLESS

Really appreciated the texts with updates. Wish I had known I could drop my rental car off at the shop when I picked up my car, it would've saved me from having to find a ride there.

The folks who took my information were great and especially the fellow who inspected the car and made suggestions as to repairs and painting. I would easily recommend Mountain View Body Shop to anyone needing auto repair!
