Geico sent me to this Collision center because their client was at fault in a minor collision. From the moment I set foot in the Collision center, I got a great impression from everyone. Even though it was very early (7:15am), everyone greeted me in a pleasant and professional manner. Everything went so smoothly, and everyone took the time to explain to me each step of what was going on, all about my rental, and the procedure. The text updates were so great!! It was really nice to know when my vehicle was almost done, and then when to pick it up, the confirmations, etc. Then there's the work itself...I am SO happy with the result! My car looked new, it was even washed and cleaned!! The rental vehicle was perfect for me (Jeep), but getting my car back was awesome. I'm very impressed by how great the service and staff were. They managed to make me forget I was there because of a car accident

Overall it's good but does not exceed my expectation. I understand sometimes there's delay but should let customer know in advance not until end of the day that I supposed to pick up and I have to call to find out. Plus without me pushing, it will be delayed for 4 more days (after it's delayed already). I still consider it's good. So far I do not have e any issues with the repair itself.

You guys run a shop the way things should be run!! Great communication. Quick visits that take care of business and we are on our way. Hope we don't have you visit you guys often but if we need body work done, this is where we will go there. Thx for another great experience.

The entire claim & repair process from start to finish was organized, efficient, and problem free. Everything was explained in detail with all questions answered and the repair was completed on the expected date. The quality of the repair / workmanship was excellent...like new! Yes...I am completely satisfied.

At first I was impressed with the updates and progress of my car however, after Monday, May 15th, I stopped receiving updates about my car. Upon calling the shop on Tuesday, May 16th to check the status of my car, I learned that my car was ready however that my car key was lost. It's very unfortunate the way I found out about my missing remote key. My keys were replaced. It would have been nice to be informed directly from the shop.
