Thank you for your help! It was great that you were finished early, and although it was frustrating to have to return again due to the issue with my warning lights and tail light, I really appreciated that you were able to fix that while I waited so I didn't have to return a fourth time.

I was in my first car accident and was completely nervous about the whole experience. I contacted my insurance company and they set up an appointment for me to meet my insurance agent there. You guys were supper helpful and made this process such a breez. The updates about my car really helped and made me feel good knowing your taking care of car but it also helped me and my concerns. Thank you also for washing my car. My car came out of your lot looking brand new. Thank you so much for all of you working hard to get my "baby" fixed. Completely awsome. I was very pleased with their work especially when they were willing to take it to a shop that specializes in fixing modified van for physically challenged drivers who are wheelchair users. The Only thing I would change is choosing to be called instead of texted about the progress. Responding at all to one message stops the updates. With that said, the updates via calling, may just be only a recording and answering questions, if need be, may not be possible either. So, any questions I did have was done by calling the office directly, which they were more than happy to help.

The service was great. They were very attentive, thorough and fast.

We were told that our car was ready on Friday February 3rd so my husband drives from San Leandro early in the morning to beat the traffic. When they bring the car out the windshield was not replaced. The guy at the front asks my husband if it was a part of the claim? If it wasn't why would we have expected it to be fixed. The guy then looks at the paperwork and see's that the windshield was a part of the claim. He never acknowledged that it was an obvious error my husband then takes the rental keys back and asks him to please fix our car. The guy never said a word, no apology nothing. My husband took time off from work to do this. Now I get another call Friday afternoon to tell us our car is ready and we agreed to pick it up on Saturday. Here we are back for round 2, a few.scratches on the window frame were not fixed, the door on the drivers side is not aligned and driver side mirror was not fully replaced. We talked to the guy there and his name escapes me but he said he'd report it to the manager and fix the issues by Monday. He started to try and dismiss our concerns like what he was looking at were minor issues but he at least apologized, an apology goes a long way. All that being said we lease our car and it's extremely important to us that it's in a condition that's like new. Thank you

Went above and beyond Geicos minimum requirements, to help save me money and get the best matching parts, new and branded as possible. Achieved everything and more that they promised. Repairs were done an entire week ahead of schedule. Received thorough explanations and updates along the way. Really friendly and competent staff. Would highly recommend to others!

The quality and efficiency of the work was excellent. My car was ready earlier than the expected date. The custom service was outstanding, Robert stayed late in order to accommodate my work schedule so I could drop off the rental and pick up my car once repairs were finished. Everyone I came into contact with at Mountain View Body Shop was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely return for work in the future if it were necessary (althiugh, hopefully not because of an auto accident :) I would also highly recommend you to family and friends.
