I had a great experience with mountain view body shop:
- all staff i interacted with was polite, nice, knowledgeable and helpful
- the final cost was in line with the initial quote
- the repair was completed on schedule
- I received regular, relevant updates. I did not feel the need to call all the time to know what is happening
- having been given a ride back to work after dropping off the car and being picked up when the car was ready was a really nice gesture, a perfect example of going above and beyond providing excellent customer service
