I have a 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek that got pummeled by hail. 100s of dents on the hood, 100s of dents on the roof, and numerous dents on the remaining side panels and doors. I worked with Freddie and Tanja to coordinate with my insurance company to get the work done. Tanja is awesome, she keep me up to date with the progress of my vehicle with courtesy calls and she really made me feel taken care of. Freddie and his team did an outstanding job on the bodywork. They specialize in vehicle restorations and that made me feel even more comfortable about their capabilities with fixing the hail damage. My car needed extensive work, PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) on the side panels and doors, replacement of the hood, and the traditional - sand, fill and paint on the roof. These three areas are three different skill sets and Freddie and Creative Visions handled it professionally and in a timely manner. I would go back to them for any bodywork I might have in the future, and would recommend them to any of my friends and/or family. They are friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward. I feel lucky I found them!!!
