Fender Menders

My wife's car had an altercation with our garage door and sustained some minor damage. I suspected the cost to fix it was less than our deductible but I otherwise had no idea what the out of pocket expense would be. Based on the positive reviews Fender Menders received here, I made an appointment for an estimate. (The receptionist was extremely polite and friendly, both over the phone and in person.) Scott shocked me with his quote--it was way WAY less than I had anticipated. When I picked the car up, Scott was thorough in explaining what he did in his repairs, giving me absolute peace of mind that the job he did was done right. Moreover, he went the extra mile and fixed an issue that I had initially mentioned in passing, but didn't ask him to do anything about. I told him I hope I don't have to see him anytime soon (for obvious reasons) but I will not hesitate for a second if I do.

Don't bother using this place. You won't be able to get past the obnoxious rude receptionist !! Can only imagine what the rest of the people are like? If they let this person represent them!???????? they got **** star only because you had to push one to submit.
