Kittredge Auto Rebuilders

We had a very negative experience with this shop. It's a local shop just a few minutes from our house so we were hoping for the great "good neighbor" experience. My car was in a major accident with the front of the car being damaged. It took the shop over 2 months to complete the repair, after which they discovered that the car also has mechanical problems so it went back to the dealership for another 2 weeks. Finishing the repair was delayed 3 or 4 times. When I called the shop checking on the status of the car, the owners were rude. When I told them that I am frustrated, they said "so are the other 2 or 3 owners that have major repairs. Everyone is backed up because of the winter storm (although there were really no major winter storms this winter in Colorado)". Would've never gone to this shop if we knew.
