I was quoted 5 work days to fix my vehicle. It was then extended daily for an additional 5 days, and on the day it was supposed to be done, there was no update saying it would take **** more day. I left voicemails during regular business hours that didn't get returned for 24 hours. Very dissatisfied.

The work was fine but when I picked up the car today, this is when the crap hit the fan. I would like to speak with the general manager of the dealership about this experience. This needs to be made right. My car has an errror message that was NOT displaying when I dropped it off and it was when i picked it up. They couldn't find my car for 30 mins, they wouldn't find a solution to the error message and your service dept was impossible to work with. I WANT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO IS IN CHARGE ABOVE THE SUPERVISORS. This will be fixed and I won't gonaway until it is. I have direct complaints about specific individuals and I want this resolved.

I will assume that the work actually done by **** Hannah was done well. The car had a leak, and time will tell if that was solved. However, I am very unhappy with the work provided by Service Master. I have called Noah this morning to ask for some detail on what they did. He does not have this information at this point. Here are the specifics: - the car was not detailed ( I guess that was not promised, but for 500 bucks, you would think it would be clean) - the interior had a very strong smell of fruit or gum. Some heavy spray has been used to mask the mold smell. The smell is stronger than the original mold smell. - my wife had left the summer mats sitting on top of the rubber winter mats. It appeared these had not been moved. There was no sign of the carpets being vacuumed, cleaned, or even moved. (no shampoo or vacuum lines in the carpet, and there was still dust in the carpet, indicating no cleaning.) - the winter mats were still caked with mud - after touching the carpets to move the winter mats to the trunk, I realized my hands were coated in a thick and sticky residue. It appears they have just sprayed some heavy scent over the interior. Bottom line: after 500 that Nationwide paid, the interior is worse than when I took it in. I am not exaggerating when I say that I cannot tell what, if anything, Service Master did, other than spray a thick scent. Sorry to tell you this, but I think you and Noah should know about it. I would like to say that Lee **** did an outstanding job on the management of repairing my Tundra. He stayed in contact with me the entire time and kept me at ease about it being repaired as soon as possible. Lee was instrumental in the repair of my truck. I couldn't be happier with Lee and the **** Hannah Collision Centers work. v/r James M

Lee was great! He kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. I found him friendly and very knowledgeable. The repairs to my jeep were fast and better than I could have expected. I've taken my jeep into other shops in town and this was by far my best experience. I will go nowhere else for repairs in the future! Thanks

For the most part DH always has taking care of me and my family but this last time I feel less than happy my car was very dirty inside one one side of the car seemed waxed. Wheel replacement was missed but rep was more than welling to take care of the wheel we talked and it we'll be done on my next oil change. But I was hoping it was going to be perfect is all it why we deal with DH and not someone else. I understand we all make mistake and we'll not hold DH against this one we'll still come back like we have for over 15 years

My car was ready earlier than the time they had estimated which was great. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I'm glad that I choose **** Hannah's Collision for my repairs.
