The insurance company actually tried telling me that I could not take it to you for work until it was seen at one of "their" sites and that you did not have adjusters. Took too long to repair. Status emails stoped for several days. Got phone call to p/u car. Walking to shop I saw car. The windshield was shattered. Mgr ordered it be replaced on next day. Very inconvenient! I lost time, money and an opportunity to go white- water rafting. Sad, labored experience.
I would not recommend the DH Collision Center. (Would you?) Suggestion: be professional, be accountable, and then be "nice."

Completely happy with rep my car was assigned to (Max, I believe). Will personally request him if we need repairs done at **** Hannah in the future. Text msg updates were timely & convenient. No hassles with insurance or Hertz rental pickup or drop off which was great as well.
