Took too long. Left with the car after closing. Went to pull the visor down and it fell off into my hands. Will be calling first thing in the morning. Hope this doesn't take a long time to fix.

Tim was great. Attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I can't say I was completely satisfied because there are still small shards of glass through my car. Tim asked someone to clean it up better but the boy he found to do the job was full of excuses and didn't really fix the problem. I was expecting a better job with the glass cleanup than what I got. There is also still glass in the vents and between the seats. The window itself and the tint look great.

Your communication system about my vehicle was very poor. You gave the impression I would be continually informed of the progress on my vehicle and this did not happen. I was left uninformed, despite my response to emails and calls were not returned. Tim was not very good in getting back to me. After the car was completed he said he accepted responsibility, but that's kind of late as we are driving away.

Everything looks like new where you repaired our CR-V. So Far so good. We also appreciate that you didn't go over the timeline estimate. The only drawback is that there is a heavy smell inside the vehicle which we didn't expect since it was only damaged on the outside of the car in the rear.

My husband's car was rear ended recently as well. I wish we would have brought his car to Hannah as well. The work they have done on his car is nothing like the work was done on my car. The technician did a great job matching the paint! My car looks great! Way to go :)

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I was very surprised to see how clean the inside was when I arrived. They also took a look at why the wiper fluid did not come out. When they said it could be taken care of in an hour, I scheduled that for this Wed. :0)

Very bad experience this time, unsatisfided with appraiser person Tyler. The car was sitting in you parking lot more than 3 weeks, until i called manerager to follow up, did you company let all repair car sit there for this kid long tine? Nerver had this experience before.
