In this fast paced hyper-treadmill society we all reference as life, who actually for the most part- in all honesty- really has the true time of day to deliver feedback on their personal customer service experiences; or respond to computer generated time sensitive email surveys barred alive among their overcrowded messy inbox folder. Until I met the professional men and women at Classic Collision, I was on that side of the fence. Yes, the grumpy old man yelling, "Get off of my lawn!" from the front porch rocking chair. Your level of communication and attention to detail is unparalleled an certainly unmatched throughout the automotive repair marketplace. Finally, on a side note or more commonly known as icing on the cake: Alex and his team was kind enough to reattach my Jaguar's hood emblem at no charge.
