The experience I had with Classic Collision was second to none! Larissa was awesome as she called the rental car place and made them upgrade my car for free when they didn't have the standard size I was supposed to receive. That's amazing service and I have told everyone I spoke to about my experience. Thank you so much for remembering that customer service is truly the best business practice.

The blue tooth system no longer works and your shop wrongly contends it is unrelated to the crash. This is false, as it functioned properly before the crash. The drivers door will not open with the wireless key and the alarm doesn’t beep when armed. These were not problems at the time I left the car with your shop. This is unacceptable. Our service records with the Mazda dealership we use will prove these were not problems before the crash or before leaving our car with your shop. I preferred leaving my car with Mazda but was persuaded your shop would do just as good a job. I regret not insisting on having Mazda do the repairs. I expect a timely response to correct these issues. Harold F

My car door and quarter panel were supposed to be painted. From my personal inspection afterwards, the door wasn't COMPLETELY done. The door handle was not painted and there is an indentation on the new quarter panel.

I was at first! I got my car and drove a couple of blocks down the road. I realized I left my garage door opener in the rental car. I called your front desk and ask them to let the girl at Enterprise know that I was coming back so they wouldn't rent the car before I got there. Your front desk did not tell Enterprise and the car was rented and gone by the time I got back.

Excellent service from everyone at Classic Collision. The entire staff was very professional and accommodating. The use of text message updates was fantastic and kept me informed at all times.
