had my car towed into this facility only to have repairs assessed without authorization from me - was first told that my bill would be $799 ($176 for repairs and $623 for an ignition cassette (which is estimated to be 3 times higher than normal retail) - since it was illegal to bill me for any repairs assessed and I declined, I made a "fuss" about it (charging me without pre-authorization) and received a phone call from the manager who I never met or spoke with...here is what he had to say: http://picosong.com/t9VT
