WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! don't ever take your car here all they do is rip off the insurance, leave you car less for almost two months, and don't give a flying f*ck about people. They give you the run around on who to speak to and tell you "Anthony" is the guy to speak to when you call and nobody gives you a straight answer on anything. they claimed there was over $10,000 worth of damages to my car that was in a accident that occurred going about 13 mph. they kept my car for all of November didn't care that I need it by thanksgiving. my car is now done but wont be released until my insurance company cuts them yet another check which they have gotten four already but yet continue to claim more damage that they keep finding.... THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

Everyone is great there except for certain management members, unfortunately they ruined they entire experience. Would not recommend it, big temper and unprofessional people working there!

January 2012...TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! Tow company (Emerald Towing) sent me to them from the scene of an accident. They had my 2010 Toyota Corolla for 2 months!! Supposed to have been app. $7,000 worth of damage...Over $12,000 by the time I was able to pick it up/ It had a VERY BAD paint job!! After market parts (charged insurance co. for Toyota parts) HUGE scratches on car when I picked it up...NO brake lights, panel lights, ect...SCUM of the earth!!! I hope and pray that nobody else has to go through what I did with these people!! Do NOT let them smooth talk you...Get your car out there ASAP!!!

If I could give this business negative stars I would. These people have a scam down to the T by pairing up with tow companies and having them take advantage of people at the scene of an accident. They continually lie about the status of your car and never do anything that they promise. My car went to their shop on 2/4 and was not returned to me until 3/15!!!! I went to pick up the car and found a crack in my windshield, scratches that were not even where the damage was, the steering column falling off and the car was not aligned at all and they tried to tell me the car was complete. This place is a complete and total joke run by people who do not care about return business because they just keep scamming more people at the scene of an accident. You will see by the large amount of crashed cars behind their business that they are in it for the money and don't care AT ALL about customer service. If you somehow end up at this poor place RUN don't walk and take your car somewhere ANYWHERE else. If only one person sees this review I hope it saves you from making a huge mistake!!!
