Coggin Deland Honda

Very disappointed. After they gave me an estimate, I dropped my Accord off for body work…that was a Monday. That day they told me it would take three days to do the work; no body parts had to be ordered. I called on Thursday, four days after dropping it off, and was told it would be ready “in the next day or two.” The next Monday, eight days after I dropped it off, I called again and was told it would be ready at 5 p.m. I arrived at 4:55, then waited an additional 45 minutes for the repairs to be completed. A three-day job took eight days. I originally rented a car for four days (remember, Honda said my car would be ready in three days). I then had to extend the rental----and pay for---an additional four days.
