I, as an Uber driver who uses his car for business, had a horrible experience. I was rear ended by a drunk driver while stopped at a red light and my nightmare didn’t end there. I was verbally quoted by the owner John that it should take about 4 days. I understand some issues come up as you get in there but to get my car back over 25 days later was not something I was expecting. I never once got a call giving me a status update. I called about two weeks later just to remind them that I depend on that car as a source of income. As someone who has been in the business as long as he has I would have thought he would have been more transparent with me. He knew I had to use that car, not a rental, to earn an income doing Uber as Uber does not allow you to use a rental. It was a very unprofessional experience. I never once got an apology but instead I was made to feel as if I was the one being rude. After about 21 days had passed I called to check on when my vehicle would be ready and the owner asked me if something was wrong because I guess he seen me at Ruby Tuesdays while I was with some friends and I did not acknowledge him. I had no idea he seen me and I never seen him, which is understandable since I have met this man twice in my entire life. I was told my car would be ready Monday May 2nd so I call Monday morning right when they open to ask what time it would be ready and asked him to please have everything ready as I would have a 30 minute window to pick it up and return the rental during my lunch break from my day job. I get there a few minutes after the quoted time and he proceeds to have his crew wash and vacuum the car out which took over 20 minutes. I was late getting back to work and again no apology or anything. I am not usually one to complain nor did I call and complain about my car taking so long to be ready, I was very patient during the process. I just wanted to share my experience so other business owners who have to have their vehicle quickly returned can make an educated decision before using Stuart Auto Body. As for the car itself the car did turn out great and it looks good as new.

My wife is visiting relatives in Stuart and the "Front end fell off" the rental car....Don't ask. Bottom line is Jon answered the after hours line and personally took care of the whole situation. Fixed car, happy wife. Being 1500 miles away and unable to help was frustrating, but one call to Stuart Auto Body and i could relax knowing it was going to be fixed. To say he went above and beyond is really an understatement. I can't thank Stuart Auto Body enough!!!
