Duren Paint & Body Shop

For Customer service I give them a F, no communication what so ever when you are promised that the work will be done on your car and the shop can't complete the work in the time promised you will never get a phone call or anything to give and update. Then when you call to inquire on what's going on all you get are excuses.The work done on my car was ok although I had to remind them to go back and replace and item on my car because it was not done. I have had better experiences at other body shops. I will never use them again.
