I had my car worked at this past July by Dave ****. Initially he sounded very understanding and quite reasonable in his estimate. Once the work is over and he got paid, I had to go to him a few times for subsequent issues - from minor re-fix to little more than that. Last time I went to him as bumper paint was peeling off and pin stripes were coming off (happened second time) upon washing my car at a commercial car-wash place, he told me I was bitching about it. He expected me to lose the right of coming back with anymore complains just because he worked with me to complete the job at the negotiated amount. Furthermore, he started yelling so loud at me outside his shop that his neighbors and passersby can easily. As I have not come across this kind of customer insult in the past at all, I left his shop at once. Though I, honestly consider myself a little more concerned customer than normal, I am far from being a grumbler. I have not posted any complain or bad comments on any commercial service blog yet. I just thought I would be doing moral injustice if I do not post my comments after I was appalled by this unfortunate experience.
