Ray Skillman KIA Mitsubishi

Was referred by insurance to Skillman Kia Collision on Shadeland Ave. for repair work on my car. Never used them before and thought they would be ok if my company referred them to me but was wrong. The receptionist was very rude to begin with, had to wait for someone to look at my car, then they pressured me to schedule an appointment. They said the repair would take 4 days but took them almost 2 weeks. When I returned for my car it still wasn't ready and had to come back next day. They forgot to install some trims on the door. Was not happy with the repair as the color did not match and the finish looked dull. One of their employees also burned a hole in my seat! They said they would have it fixed but never called me back to have it done. Will never go their again.
