Sadly, after having to take my car back twice after a lot of paint work my car still has defects. I gave up and told the owner while I appreciated their efforts to keep trying to get it right I couldn't keep giving them my car and I wanted to take it elsewhere and expected a refund for the portions that weren't right. Their response is that I'm making it up, I can't be satisfied, and that "no chance" of getting a refund b/c they are in the hole from having to do the work over and over again. Mind you, b/c they were messing it up. So at this shop, if you try really hard but can't get it right, you still get to keep the customers money. The owner won't address how I still have defects but is quite content to tell me I'm wrong.
