Forman's Auto Body

If I could give this company less than **** star I would. While my car was in their shop I coordinated back and forth with the owner (Glen Forman) and his assistant. They held my car for 3 days shy of a month for work that should have taken two weeks. When I approached them with questions they had an excuse. For example not keeping me updated when I would ask an estimated time I could pick my car up. When I told them they would need to provide a rental vehicle for work they made sure they got ahold of me two hours later to say my car was complete. I arrive and the decals on my car had bubbles, there were indents on the side of my car still, they didn't bother cleaning it and when I asked why it wasn't done Glen told me he didn't think I was coming in today even though they told me to be there before 4.I reported them to my insurance company for insurance fraud because they charged my insurance double an estimate of another location. This man runs a HORRIBLE and SKETCHY business!!! Do not give him your money!!!
