This is my first time writting to the BBB. I had Chuck Philbrick and his team work on my 2003 Honda Accord several years ago. My husband had hit a large raccoon on the freeway - so the front bumper needed replaced and painted and my side door was side swiped and needed repaired and painted. Chuck handled EVERYTHING with the insurance company. When they were done, my car was detailed as if it came off the show-room floor and my balance was what I was told to me prior to being fixed - no surprises. Three weeks ago I took my 2003 Honda Accord back in to be fixed again while I was on vacation. Chuck and his team once again did their magic. They had a back bumper to replace and paint and my hood needed touched up due to stones that nicked up the paint. This time I paid out of pocket and once agin my Honda was done to perfection - how they matched the paint to a 12 year old car is beyond me. My cost was very reasonable and once again it was detailed to perfection and looked as if it came off the show-room floor. This is why I chose to write the BBB. Chuck and his team are consistant in the work that they do. I highly recomment Chuck Philbrick and his team at Sandy's Auto Body to everyone. Pat Krake
