Very unprofessional and rude. The owner and his wife both need a lesson in manners. If you want your car to be at a shop for 4 weeks and nothing done to it, so you can take it to a different shop that CAN do the work, and if you want to be overcharged for work that hasn't been done, and be cussed at by the owner while he throws a temper tantrum, then this is the shop for you!!! No communication, numerous lies, and unable to complete work as promised. Amazing these people are still in business.
