Clark's Auto Body

I took my car to clerks a few years ago. The hood needed painted. Years later the hood faided. I called Barry Clark and he said the paint was recalled and to bring it up so he could look at it. I drove 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back. At that time I made an appointment. It was about a month in advance. He said it would take about 3 or 4 days. I ended up dropping my car off on a Sunday so he had it ready to start on Monday. On Wednesday I called to check the progress. Barry said it wasn't started because he was waiting on the paint rep to look at it so he could get reimbursed. I asked when the rep would look at it and he said he didn't know. At this pint I picked up my car that night without it being painted. I borrowed a car and drove out of my way for nothing. He didn't even have the respect to call and let me know what was going on. He didn't apologize or anything! Barry Clark may have a better price but stay away unless you expect your car to be there for awhile!
