Terrible customer service for repair after I was rear-ended and needed a new bumper. The work was acceptable in the end, but incomplete at first. I was told that the bent rear frame that caused trunk latch to catch, which they didn't fix the first time around, was somehow caused by me, not the accident. They don't take credit or debit cards and didn't tell me ahead of time, so I had to ask Enterprise to drive me home without my car. The owner only agreed to fix it when my boyfriend took it back and showed him.
