As a younger female trying to manage car repairs, my biggest fear is being taken advantage of. And let's face it, it happens more than we like. This is my second time working with Perry's Auto and I have to say the work they do and the way the treat you as a customer is second to none. I feel secure that they aren't "taking advantage of me because I am a girl" by the way they communicate with me throughout the service and follow-up after completion, look for competitive prices with the needed parts, and provide information on several warranties that I wasn't aware of. An example, they told me to check my receipts for a strut I had replaced so I can receive the warranty. And not only did they replace it but because of their suggestion I received reimbursement from the other place.
