This was truly the worst experience I've ever had with any business in my life. They absolutely refuse to communicate with you, so you have no idea how long it will take to get your car back. Then - worst of all - to cover up whatever crap they are doing (cause it is sure not working) they lie. The owner lies. Not sweet little "empty promises" - he lies. Very disrespectful, very unconcerned, very bad business. The excuses he came up with sounded like things I said in the 3rd grade.
