Classic Bmw Collision Ctr

I took my 328i in for repairs after I was hit by an uninsured motorist. The body shop was very slow to complete the repairs. They did not keep me informed on the status of the repairs and when I called after over 2 weeks to see what was taking so long, they then told me my car was left outside and had $3700 in hail damage. They have refused to pay for any hail damage repairs. I think this is a terrible body shop!

While attending church a few weeks ago, a young lady backed into my 750Li, scratching completely through the paint and into the plastic. While I had my concerns about having a dealer paint my car, given I am very picky, they did a fantastic job. Some shops just spray right over the seams of tight body panels, which leads to cracking and chipping. Not Classic, they took their time, removed the bumper, sanded, primed, painted and clear-coated. It is impossible to tell the bumper has ever been painted. The work is better than what was done on my Ferrari a couple of years ago by a so-called premium body shop. I do not have the time. However, the work they did on my car was absolutely perfect. To boot, they cleaned, vacuumed and cleaned my leather. Don't think I didn't notice, because I did! Thank you Eddie Sanchez for recommending them, Larry Jackson and David Pietsch for fixing my car right. A very happy customer.

It has been a month since my car has been in the Classic BMW Collision Center for a repair after I got rear ended. I was originally told it would be about 2 weeks. After those 2 weeks went by they told me they found more damage and it would be another 2 weeks. It took them 2 weeks to find MORE damage! They seem to be very inefficient and really don't communicate well with their customers. Multiple messages have been left for appraisers at the center and very few calls are actually returned. We have to call and call just to talk to someone about this issue. They seem to work very slowly and inefficiently. I would recommend you take your car elsewhere if you don't want to be without it for longer than a month. They seem to be unapologetic about it. My experience with their collision center has not been a good one. Do not take your car here to be repaired.
