Custom Everything

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH- FRAUD!!!!! The owner of custom everything, STEVE SCARBROUGH sold me a vehicle that he said he had all parts for and that he would make it road ready, 4 months after the purchase date and him having the purchase price agreed upon, the vehicle has been untouched or worked on. He has given multiple finish dates and failed to complete or even start on the vehicle, when ask to get the money back he stated he does not have it to give back, what kind of company is it?? NOTHING but a big SCAM. He has multiple vehicles that need to be finished that people have paid him money for and he is not finishing them, he takes the money to " pay his shop rent " and then does not have enough funds to pay for the parts needed to do the job.
