Rettig's Auto Body Shop

I took my car to Rettig for a quote on removing the spoiler and some minor repair. I was given a quote and scheduled for the work. I showed up for my appointment, but the person who scheduled it didn't write it down, so I was told to come back the following week. I showed up for my appointment and was told that "I don't want to remove your spoiler because I might have to paint your trunk"! I told him "Of course you have to paint the trunk after you fill in the holes!" He told me "I don't want this job" after giving me a quote for the work and scheduling me twice! What a stupid way to conduct business!
