King Of The Ding

The worst experience I've ever had. Because of mainly two reasons. (****) You might be charged more than the original estimate. (2) The repiar time might take more than what they say. I had a really minor dent. Todd told me that it will take only three business days at the maximum, even said two might be enough. I dropped the car on Saturday and waited until next Wednesday. I called him and he told me "It was not ready". I called the next day morning and it was still not ready. He told me that it might be ready in the afernoon. Since they never call you back I called them again and no one picked up. I called them next day and he told me it was still in the other body shop. He didn't know what was happening to my car and told me he will call me back. He called me back and said it will be ready by the afternoon. Thanks god! It took me a whole week to get back my car. I went to pick up my car and ready to pay for the balance which he quoted originally. However, he looks at the invoice and said "There is an additional cost for emblem and you have to pay $130 more for the cost." He said they had to change the emblem during the repair and it was not included in the original estimate. I am really frustruated because if you are charged more than your origianl cost, repair shop nomally calls you first then they move on. However, no one told me that I will be chareged more even we talked over phone multiple times. Overall they might offer you a cheap price at first but might charge you more with what other body shop offers. I would never go back to this place.
