Picasso's

About a year and a half ago I had damage caused by a carwash so I brought it to Picassos. They had previously worked on my car and did a great job so I wanted to give them repeat business. Well, they couldn't get the paint matched correctly, even after painting the left side of the car three times, having the car for three days each time. Not only was the color off but they added so much metal flake, it looks like they handed a 6 year old girl a bucket of glitter and told her "go to town". Granted, my car is 12 years old but this is supposed to be one of the best body shops in the DFW area. I think they should have been able to do a better job and it's still not right but they'll never touch my car again.

Thirteen weeks to get hail damage repaired. Even after I told them I didn't want to bring the car in until they were ready to fix it (because I was going to have to pay for a rental out of pocket), they drug their feet, made excuses and DAYS went by that the car just sat outside untouched. I'm really not sure how they have been in business as long as they have. Reading other review sites and knowing what I have gone through...I'm just shocked. I will never take another car there and I will make sure all of my friends won't either. Worst experience of my life! (I gave them one star, because it wouldn't let me give them zero)
