Heres my experience. He's a one man show. There is no "they". So the other reviews are probably fake also. Thought it was good service at first. Weather strip fell off after a couple days. Asked very politely if he could replace it. He became aggitated and swearing at me. He said "Your a doctor...you can afford to fix it yourself! I'm just a poor M!@#$r F!@#er just trying to get by." Even made a crude sexual remark about going "three-way" with my wife. VERY disturbing!!! I am astonished at the unprofessionalism. He's right though...if he is that hard up for money to not want to replace a simple weather strip and loose future business...then yes, I'll pick up the tab. I actually feel sorry for the guy. Just know what kind of person you are dealing with if you decide to go with him. And cross your fingers nothing goes wrong.
