The absolute worst body shop in the 26 years I have been driving dealt with. I had my 2009 M3 repaired there that was referred by a local BMW dealer. My car was rear ended a few years ago about 3 or so. I had the work done right away. He took a little longer than average to have my car done. When it was finished it was not as expected, there was overspray from other cars in the front where I had no work done and he had to re-do the trunk lid on top and underneath. Fast forward to this week April 2016. I revisited the shop and spoke again to the owner Mr. Alli. He immediately remembered me. I showed him the trunk lid he did, the CLEAR coat was peeling everywhere and bubbling. He shrugged started to show me others cars saying it was common. I turned his attention back to his quality of work and requested that he repair the defect in his work. He tried to give me lots of stories blaming PPG and they don't have any warranty on their products and he cant be responsible. I explained again that is between you and the vendor of your choice. I brought my car for a repair and showing you a defect. He said he only warranties paint for 2-2.5 years. Every bodyshop I have ever seen has lifetime warranty on paint. I asked him again, will you fix the defect. He said if you bring me the materials. I refused and he said he will not touch my car. Very SHADY character. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.
