Place isn't very professional, smells like smoke, very rugged looking people that are talking to customers, no knowledge of what was going on or how to write an estimate said he needed to call the owner who is owner of Ultimate Rides in order to do an estimate because the manager left . I wasn't sure if I should run out of the shop or not but to me it was a very unpleasant feeling. he was also talking about the boss and how people are over worked here with no vacation , holiday pay and no raises and that the owned had said that's why he hires mexicans they are cheap labor hard workers but cant understand English, he knew that they could work anywhere else and do a lot better. This is the owner of the compay now.
