Body Shop

Warning, do not go to this body shop. Your vehicle will leave in worse condition than when you left it. They damage the vehicle and never tell the owners. The body work is horrible, the paint job is runny, with drips and huge amount of over spray. We wanted white, the vehicle is already white - we received a thin coat in only the areas that could be seen at a glance. The top was never painted, behind the cab was barely sprayed leaving a rough texture, the hood was not raised to paint along the front corner panels. The end of the bed and the tailgate were not painted however our windows, seats, mats and carpet did get painted. The windshield has rough overspray all across it. The manager gave us a time frame of 7-8 days; after 15 the vehicle was still not done, we had to return it for 3 more days for which again it was not repaired. They paint over the dirt and shove the truck out. Our white silverado looks like it has a sand paper texture. The so called manager or co-owner depending on when you talk with him, Rick Woodrum, is obnoxious, rude, overbearing, unprofessional and downright disgusting. He informed us that we should "appreciate the work that was done" and that "$5300.00 was probably a lot of money to people like us". At no point in time was there an apology however he did try several times to tell us it was all our fault. After 4 weeks in his shop we have a truck that acquired interior damage-scrapes on the door molding, cut window seal, broken floor molding, paint on the carpet, paint on the mats, paint on the windows, paint on the seats, paint on the seat molding. For some unknown reason they removed the interior door molding and part of the clips that hold the molding were left in my console which allows for the door molding to rattle. When leaving after picking the vehicle up, my hood nearly flew up on the interstate because it was not latched. This is a horrible company from their paint to their customer service. WARNING-employees leave good/great reviews on other sites - Nick Woodrum works there and he leaves fraudulent/false reviews on Facebook and other sites. Save yourself the money, time and frustration and just paint your vehicle with bedliner and roller - it will look better than mine.,
