It looks like the touch up paint wasn't done properly. There are places where you can still see the scratches and chips. Also there is residue on my windshield and front right headlight. I even informed the guy who showed me the repairs, he told me nothing could be done on a Saturday and to call back on Monday. I am extremely disappointed.

Gabriel was amazing! He was incredibly kind and provided exceptional experience. He was informative about updates in my car, as well as handling insurance claim with Mercury. My car looks brand new! If I ever need any auto body work done to my car I will definitely come here and will be highly recommending Jim and Jacks to everyone! My lack of complete satisfaction stems mainly from the pick-up process of my vehicle. First I was texted last Friday that the 11/6 completion target was still accurate, yet was called around noon on Tuesday 11/3 that my car was ready to pick up. Sure, it was done early - but was it that much of a surprise that it was completed that much sooner than expected? Just would have liked a heads-up, "we're ahead of schedule call or text so I could make proper pick-up arrangements. Secondly, since I couldn't pick up same-day without a warning, I picked up the following morning. When I arrived and the car was brought out, it was covered in post-rain dirt, although it was described as having been "completely washed." Didn't really have the same affect now that the exterior was dirty. After a noticable paint imperfection was sanded or buffed out, I got in the car to find streak marks from similarly executed interior washing on the car's console, and an OVERWHELMING air-freshener scent that has yet to fade. Hope it goes away soon, because it's bad. That being said, the repair looks good otherwise so I'm happy in that regard. 6k well spent I guess.

I did not receive my green HOV lane decal stickers back as promised despite reminding each member of the team several times that this was necessary. I was told at every juncture that this would be no problem, and they were very experienced with this process. Apparently, someone placed them on white paper and left them in my car, but they were nowhere to be found upon pickup. I am hopeful they turn up by Monday, but this is the main reason I purchased the car, and the DMV has heightened the strictness surrounding the use and resending of these decals. My commute would be incredibly painstaking without them. If they are not recovered, i will have to contact the DMV on Monday and find out what my options are. I am not exactly thrilled to waste my time doing that when I could very easily be sending them in on Monday and getting the process started. Otherwise, the experience was professional and courteous and the car looks great and service was fast and efficient. I am just really frustrated because everyone knew the importance.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. From the girls at the front desk, to the older gentleman who assists you to your car and of course my adjuster, Francisco, who called me when promised and assisted me with transfering items from the rental car to my trunk...Even Harry at Enterprise and one of their young non-speaking helpers who vaccum the return rentals were so nice and friendly.. Accidents are a dreadful experience, however, thanks to the staff and excellent service received at Jim n Jack's, and Enterprise, side by side, it make a tough time so much better...Thank you all so very much..Elizabeth M
