Since the battery was disconnected all the electrical items had to be reset. I still have to bring the car again in to correct other problems caused by disconnecting the battery. In addition, I intentionally left a one dollar bill in my console just out of curiosity and to test how honest your employees are. They failed the test miserably. The dollar bill was taken. Just thought you should know the caliber of your employees.

I had a few issues, one of them was the fact that I was never contacted after Mercury approved work and as I was told you would(I gave Ph. and Email.) I played phone tag with Mercury, They wondered why I never got work done, I wanted to know why it's taking so long 4 approval. That's just the beginning. Please don't text me anymore as It's costing me more money, as I don't have a texting plan. Shawn
