I had asked at check in if on my own dime I could get my back bumper buffed or somehow have some of the scratches removed on my dime and not the insurance carrier. After two weeks, when I finally got my car back, nothing had been done to repair or modify the scratched. although this was not part of the accident, I now have a brand new front bumper and an 8 year old beat up back bumper. You could have made additinal business had you helped me address this wile my car was in the shop.

Javier has been a great representative--very responsive and professional. The car looks good. But there's some minor damage left to fix and some weird electrical glitches going on. Javier has been in contact and assures me he'll take care of it all.

YOUR STAFF WAS GREAT! GLADYS GREETED ME WITH A BIG SMILE AND PUT ME AT EASE THAT I WAS AT A BODY SHOP THAT CARED ABOUT ME NOT ABOUT TAKING THE INSURANCE MONEY. I HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS WHICH CRISTINA ANSWERED WITH MORE DETAIL AND POINTED OUT THINGS THAT I HAD OVERLOOKED. SHE MADE RECOMMENDATIONS WHICH BENEFITED ME AND AGAIN I DIDN'T FEEL PUSHED OR FORCED INTO ANYTHING. I WAS DIRECTED TO ENTERPRISE FOR A RENTAL. ENTERPRISES' STAFF WAS SLOW AND MADE ME WAIT WHILE THEY HAD A PERSONAL CONVERSATION. CRISTINA IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THIS AND WALKED OVER AND EMPHASIZED MY URGENCY, SINCE I RUN AN EMERGENCY SERVICE COMPANY AND NEEDED TO GET OUT OF THERE ASAP. THIS MADE ME FEEL IMPORTANT EVEN AFTER THE FACT THAT JIM & JACKS HAD GOT THE JOB. IN MY OPINION, IF JIM & JACKS IS REFERING BUSINESS TO ENTERPRISE THEY REALY NEED TO STEP IT UP AND SATISFY YOUR CUSTOMERS. A GOOD JIM & JACK EXPERIENCE CAN TURN BAD QUICK BY ENTERPRISE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
