One month past estimate. I know it's hard to control parts deliveries. I'm not unhappy about that. It's the notifications of delay from 12 o'clock to 5 o'clock, then an extra day after day, then an extra week, then another. The weeks were better for me than the promises of days and certainly hours.

There were delays in completing the repairs on the car. You kept me updated as to the time frame but did not identify the reason for the delays until I inquired. The problem was availability of parts The first bumper was defective and a second one was ordered That was a back order item. It would have been helpful to me to have that information when it became available.It identified that it was a problem you inherited not created. No question if I ever need a repair job or my friends I will recoment Jim and Jacks.

Every time I spoke to one of the ladies at the front desk & even when picking up the car after repairs were done, they kept asking me what insurance we were going through. I already gave them the insurance info of the responsible party ( we were not at fault & so we did not use our insurance). I even brought the check the other party's insurance company face us to pay for the repairs. Just annoying to have to repeatedly explain about which insurance company was paying for the repairs & that the charges were already approved & that we got the repair estimate from J&j's!

I am so grateful to Jim & Jacks. When you have an accidnet it is stressful, but Jim & Jacks handle so much for you that it instantly removes your stress and you KNOW that when your car is finished it will be perfect. They inform you of time, cost and details of the repair. You can call or email and will get an instant response. I would reccommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired.

Handle part of trunk was loose. XM radio antenna was moved and wire not replaced correctly. On a positive note car was completed one week earlier than original estimate. Zack was very helpful and kept us informed of progress.

Was disappointed in the cleanliness of the car. Interior had shoe marks and scuffs. It looked as though a driver and passenger drove it back from the dealer, but never cleaned up after themselves. Radio was loud when I turned on the car, and set to a hip hop station. Not very professional in my opinion. Exterior was washed, but you can tell the car was sitting outside a while as raindrops and dust accummulated. Also, there was bird droppings. I was also disappointed that my air dam was not installed as I requested. They requested I return when they receive the air dam, which is highly inconvenient for me to return my car there again.
