My vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction, so that is a plus. The reason for being dissatisfied was the time it took and the number of times I was told it would be done, only to be let down. After my initial appointment to assess the damage an appointment was made for the following week for me to drop my car off. I assumed this appointment was set because my car was in driveable condition and they needed to order parts. To my disappointment I dropped my car off and was notified several days later that my bumper was finally in. Then, I was text messaged multiple times to inform me that my car would be ready the next day only to be messaged again that it would be postponed again. This happened at least 4 times. This whole process took over 15 days from first meeting to completion. This ended up costing me an additional $400 in rental car fees that would have been unnecessary if the parts would have been ordered and received prior to me bringing in my vehicle that was drive-able. Needless to say, this process could have gone much smoother and cost me less money. To end in a positive note, your staff is very pleasant to deal with.

June 30, 2016... We have just picked up our vehicle and the outside looks very nice pretty much brand new. The seats are generally cleaner and you got most of the stains out from the accident but there are a few black spots in the backseat driver side that we might try to get out. We have a few questions about the repair, but we will give you guys a call tomorrow. Overall, our car was majorly screwed up and you guys did a fantastic job! We should also know that even though the prepared took a long long time we do not blame seidners at all, we realize that it is most likely our insurance company that was dragging their feet and making things more difficult.
