I had explained that there was an issue with the right rear end drivability of my Jeep...it appears to me that no one took what I said seriously thus my Jeep had to be returned to the shop for further inspection and repairs...causing a significant delay etc. I am not happy about this as you can imagine especially when I explained at the onset about this drivability issue.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Matt kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. Araceli was great when I didn't think I would get to seidmerz in time and she offered to have someone pick me up and then she called enterprise to see if I was still there. The entire team was great. Thank you very much.
